In this experiential workshop, we will balance polarities in the body, mind, and spirit and cultivate soft penetrating stillness through:
- A mystical Divine Feminine Hebrew vocal meditation that connects us to our roots
- Effortless and authentic expression of our natural voices
- Healing chants, medically proven to induce relaxation and focus, that connect us to our Source

Ancient Sounds for Living Peace program using a combination of the medically proven Voices of Eden healing music and vocal model.
Name Game - an ice-breaker activity using natural voice and rhythm to reduce tension create laughter, while addressing listening skills, personal responsibility, and leadership.
Ancient Stress Buster - Natural Voice Meditation - How to hear and express your own authentic voice while hearing and connecting to others
Let There Be Light - a team activity using gibberish and body rhythms for developing active listening and expression skills.
Tapping Into Potential - an activity using wordless vocals to demonstrate how risk taking with your voice can lead to satisfying connection, being heard and creative problem solving within a group.
